We actively strive to channel ourhighly engagedemployee'sknowledge, critical thinking, innovativesolutions for our clients.Responsibilities Deliver performance-oriented training across multiple modalities (classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field).Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses.Participate as SME in revising POIs, Lesson Plans, andTSPs.Remedydeficienciesidentifiedduring preparation and conduct of instruction.Other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor'sdegree;fouradditionalyears of related experience may substitute for degree (contract dependent).Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systemsapplicable to GEOINT intelligence operationsInstruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, ImageryDerived Products (IDP's),National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, JointSurveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS)Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation, cross-cueing operations between allGEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple UserSimulation Environment (MUSE) systems.Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:Ability to read andcomprehendinstructions, correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Basic computerproficiency.Estimated Salary/Wage USD $62,000.00/Yr.
