Summary
Supervisory Administrative Officer
Include but not limited to:
- Develops, plans, issues, and implements procedures to comply with directives concerning administrative matters.
- Analyzes, evaluates problems, makes recommendations, devises solutions to systems administration, training management, publication management, and data management.
- Consults with respective staff and/or personnel on progress in taking corrective action.
- Provides full staff assistance on administrative matters.
- Conduct analytical studies on operational processes, issue topics, or related special projects.
- Serves as the principal advisor to personnel on administrative management program issues.
- Participate in the planning for budgeting needs and financial management.
- Sets standards for and evaluates subordinates, and advises, counsels or instructs individual employees on both work and administrative matters.
- Serves as the lead for all lease modifications and supplemental agreements.
- Communicating with all stakeholders and acts as the leadership point of contact.
