DescriptionOur award-winning EPS Monitoring Center is adding a Dispatcher to the team! Are you looking to gain experience in a professional environment? Are you interested in a role that positively impacts local communities? Then our family-owned, 24/7 Monitoring Center is the fit for you!
Duties include but not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently monitor alarm signals and follow protocols to resolve the alarm signal.
- Contact customer and proper emergency authorities when applicable.
- Properly document all responses to alarms and follow all established rules.
- Process customer account changes.
- Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls and log information from customers.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in working customers in person or over the phone.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and ability to type 35 WPM accurately.
- Ability to work in Grand Rapids, Michigan, without relocation assistance.
