What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule ready mix concrete deliveries to meet customer and project requirements.
Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations.
Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and production demands.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving delivery issues and responding to inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, order information, and operational communications.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or transportation management systems and related technology.
Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, informed decisions.
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based within a ready mix operations setting.
Frequent interaction with drivers, plant personnel, customers, and operations teams.
Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.
May require flexibility in work schedules to support business and customer needs.
