Summary
Job TitleComposite FabricatorJob DescriptionPerform composite fabrication for the production of the U.S. military's newest military aircraft. Complete composite layup, vacuum bagging, sanding, and cutting. Utilize various composite fabrication techniques, autoclave, and bagging materials to complete production. Self-inspect components, performing rework when necessary. Other duties may be assigned.Requirements2+ years of composite layup experience (aerospace preferred, but not required). Tools are NOT required.Pay$45/hrWork ScheduleMust be flexible to work 1st and 2nd shift. Must be open to OT, including some mandatory Saturdays.Placement12+ month contract, with strong potential for extension. We have current contractors that have been out there over 3 years at this point. There will be opportunities to go direct if you're interested, normally around the 6-month mark.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Wichita, KS.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
