This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who values stability and skill development.What You'll Do:Process and manage complex client orders from initial submission through final completionCommunicate daily with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure order accuracyCreate and update project quotes, bids, and technical specificationsVerify order totals, purchase order approvals, and credit requirements prior to processingCoordinate installation schedules with internal warehouse teams and external subcontractorsManage vendor relationships and resolve shipping or billing discrepancies promptlyMaintain accurate digital records in operating system for all active projectsUpdate status reports to keep the team informed on project timelines and potential setbacksIdentify opportunities to improve existing operational processes and workflow efficienciesProvide proactive administrative support to project managers and the broader client services teamEnsure all documentation meets strict departmental standards for quality and complianceWhat They're Looking For:Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or customer serviceHigh level of comfort with heavy computer work and data entryExperience working with government contracts a plus!Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skillsExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processingAbility to multitask and transition between different operational tasks seamlesslyStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCapability to think independently and manage a busy, shifting workload without constant oversightPrior experience in the interior design or contract furniture industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
