As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing assembly-related tasks, conducting quality checks, and supporting daily production activities. You will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks using light hand tools to create semi-finished and finished products, systems, panels, and packaging components.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing throughout the production process.
- Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Report unsafe conditions or safety violations promptly.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Support production goals by working effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong team-player mentality and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
