Job DetailsOur staffing agency is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher for one of our valued clients in Lowell, AR. This is a fast-paced, day-shift opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with technicians, and supporting daily operations. The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring service tickets are assigned efficiently, projects stay on track, and customers receive timely, professional support.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for maintaining an updated and accurate schedule while confidently communicating with technicians nationwide to assign and manage service tickets. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks throughout the day. The Dispatcher will work closely with the Project Manager to support daily operational and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and fast-paced dispatch schedule
- Dispatch service tickets to available technicians nationwide
- Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians and internal teams
- Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure compliance
- Manage deliverables for completed jobs
- Create BIS documentation for billing purposes
- Provide necessary documentation for all service tickets
- Assist with project scheduling and billing support
- Create and maintain accurate project files
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in customer relations, teamwork, and appearance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and switch between responsibilities efficiently
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with technicians and peers throughout the day
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as needed
