As well as develop Operational View-1 (OV-1), Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and Concept of Employment (CONEMP) documentation to characterize new systems for operational use. The PMR will support development of CONOPs, and policy updates associated with the delivery of new systems to the fleet. You'll research and assess the naval environment and apply that expertise to support the delivery of naval mine warfare capabilities into the U.S. Surface Navy with a focus on readiness for Sailors to properly operate and maintain the systems. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to ensure the client is best positioned for readiness in the mine warfare mission area. You will shape the vision for training future crews with various flag staff and track those changes into the Type Commander and Fleet Commander policy.
