Corrections MonitorSalary Range $17.03 Hourly Category CorrectionsSchedule/Hours: 40Contractual obligations of our Corrections Program require that this position be filled by a Male candidate. Female candidates will not be considered.This position is responsible for:Monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring accountability, safety, security, and compliance to corrections facility rules.Key Responsibilities:Monitors client behavior and serves as liaison between client and counselor.Administers drug/alcohol testing as required.Maintains accurate and complete logs for residents and the facility.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :Ability to perform combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis. Distance of travel is usually within the same building.
