In this key leadership role, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Security Assistance (SA) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development processes . You will provide deep domain expertise to guide the modernization of the DSAMS Case Development and Training Modules and overall Case Lifecycle system, ensuring the new solution aligns with Executive Order 14268 objectives for speed, transparency, and accountability while maintaining critical FMS business rules, workflows, and compliance requirements.Clarify the designs and develop system architectures that facilitate SA/FMS case development business processes and define key capabilities and performance requirements.
