Selected candidates will begin in an on-call or part-time capacity and will be considered for full-time positions as they become available. Additional details will be provided during the interview.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a strong armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safetyConduct continuous foot patrols and maintain high visibility across the propertyPerform access control and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entryUse scanning equipment to document checkpoint activity as requiredDetect, observe, and report suspicious persons, behavior, or hazardsCommunicate effectively with team members and property managementSubmit clear, detailed incident and activity reportsSupport emergency protocols and enforce property rules and regulationsReport broken equipment or potential safety/security issues promptlyRequirementsValid BSIS Guard Card (Required)Valid OC and Baton permitValid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required)Must be comfortable working independentlyReliable transportation and a working smartphoneFluent in English - verbal and writtenPhysically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours per shiftStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and professionalism under pressureMinimum 1 year of contract security experience (Preferred)Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is discussed during the interview process.
