Log in or create your free ClearanceJobs profileJob RequirementsTop Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salariesJob DescriptionType: Full Time Location: Ballston, Virginia Overtime Exempt: Yes Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI (or ability to obtain within 2 months of assignment) ****************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD*********************** Duties & Responsibilities:The S&T Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist will draft and publish recurring S&T intelligence updates on classified networks (JWICS, SIPR).The S&T Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist will track and follow up on intelligence Production Requests via COLISEUM.Update annual IO training, track completions, maintain records, and draft quarterly IO reports.Assist in managing the ONR JWICS network, including account requests, funding/tech refresh coordination, and updating mandatory authorizations.The STILO Specialist provides daily support for SCIF expansion, manage clearances for briefings, and assist the SSO with required documentation.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Strong skills with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft c-suite tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Minimum/General Experience:Other Two (2) years of experience working at the TS/SCI level is highly desirable.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred majors include business, communications, or graphics design). The requirement for a bachelor's degree may be waived if the proposed Science and Technology (S&T) Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist has a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
