DescriptionWe are seeking a professional Unarmed Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to help create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, assets, and personnel.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal or inappropriate activities.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Report incidents, suspicious activities, and safety hazards promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
- Proven experience in public safety or security.
- Active Guard Card
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid CPR License preferred but will be required 30 days after hiring
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security are a plus.
