Court Services Clerk Court services clerk ensures smooth communication and efficient case management between the court system and external parties such as law enforcement, attorneys, jail personnel and internal department requests. The duties, tasks and responsibilities of a court services clerk is the following:Reports directly to the regional manager for assigned area.Assist with managing all cases assigned to regional area.Prepare, review and process various documents and forms for corresponding courts and internal departments.Record and maintain official minutes of hearings, trials and other case proceedings.Maintain and organize case assignments.Manage electronic case management systems and data entry.Travel to the surrounding court jurisdictions, correction facilities, sheriff's offices, etc. to file motions, pick up documents, review case status, deliver court fees, etc.
