Summary
Customer Service Resolution Specialist
General summary:
To establish a systematic approach for the positive resolution of customer complaints as well as tracking mechanism for problem identification and resolution. Ensure hospital achieves industry-leading patient customer service and patient experience reflected in the PSMS scores.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare or hospital setting. Additional experience in customer service and/or guest relations preferred. Must have exceptional computer, interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to problem-solve and understand how/when to escalate concerns to leaders. Position will require working (4) 10-hour shifts per week (beginning mid-morning) including an alternating weekend assignment.
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
