Summary

MV Transit - - Responsibilities: Manage Extra Board (EB) operators - ensure that all open work is being distributed amongst the EB operators fairly and in accordance with the CBA.; Assign buses by ensuring that the proper bus is being assigned to correct run.; Update dispatch logs - ensure that paperwork is completely up to date with bus assignments, absence coding, call-out comments and operator names.; Update dispatch computer - ensure that all coding in the computer is correct and up to date for timekeeping purposes.; Answer the dispatch phone and correctly record info onto the daily dispatch log regarding call offs and attendance coding.
