Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Law Enforcement Clerk in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, collection, scanning and return of seized documentary evidence.
  • Exercise quality control over accuracy of scanned documents and ensure that a computer record has been established for each file.
  • Prepare and review outgoing materials to ensure that they meet the requirements of the government.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as required.
  • Process, compose, and review information through a variety of letters, reports, and other correspondence before submitting the documents to the client
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as filing and maintaining (paper/electronic) archival records, logbooks, charts and display boards; duplicating, shredding and filing correspondence; answers and responds to telephone inquiries; prepare investigative, budget/statistical reports with input and assistance from others

Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to pass agency clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in a professional environment
  • Minimum of one year experience working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Previous experience using office equipment such as printers and scanners is preferred
