Pay Rate:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications You Bring - Lifeguard:

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all certifications current while employed.
• Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.
• Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for absenteeism guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Part-Time: 24-28 hours per week, varying throughout week. May include some evenings and some weekends-perfect for balancing your career with life's other joys!
