Position: GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst- Expert

Location: NGA Washington

Office Supported: SXP - Source Persistence Office

Schedule: Shift 1

Clearance: TS/SCI OR TS/SCI w CI Poly (Will have to obtain CI Poly)

Required Qualifications

Experience
  • 10+ years supporting the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle for GEOINT data, including real-time and activity-based collection.

  • 7+ years managing large multi-source data sensemaking efforts, evaluating model confidence and reliability metrics, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists.

  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and collection capabilities, including automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies utilizing temporal and spatial datasets.

  • Experience supporting day-to-day operations across geographically dispersed program environments while managing multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) focus areas, collection management structures, and collaborative GEOINT collection, production, and visualization tools.

  • Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-source, multi-intelligence collection strategies for complex intelligence challenges.

  • Experience supporting the research phase of Information Need development and understanding how phenomenology impacts traditional and non-traditional GEOINT tasking.

  • Experience utilizing GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and supporting GEOINT collection management processes.

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will receive additional consideration:

  • Experience developing or contributing to training materials.

  • Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique or non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensor capabilities.

  • Experience translating intelligence workflows and operational capabilities into learning objectives for training audiences.

  • Operational experience working with vector data.
