This Gate Attendant position in Houston, TX supports on-site access control and visitor screening for a client that requires consistent gate operations and a security-focused presence. The schedule is 4 days on and 4 days off, and the assignment includes a takeover option by the client. Benefits

What You Will Do?

• Monitor gate activity and control site access according to established procedures.
• Screen visitors, drivers, and vendors before allowing entry to the property.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for all incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Record visitor information accurately and maintain clear gate logs during each shift.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional and security-minded manner.
• Report unusual activity, safety concerns, or access issues to the appropriate contact.

Your Skills

• You must have access control experience or the ability to follow strict access procedures accurately.
• You should be comfortable with visitor screening and maintaining a professional checkpoint environment.
• You need knowledge of gate operations and the ability to manage routine entry and exit flow.
• You must demonstrate security awareness and a careful approach to protecting site access.
• You should have strong attention to detail and clear communication skills in English and Spanish.
