Security Representative Sr

Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin's aircraft leadership is earned through relentless research and development of high-performance combat, air mobility and reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft. We also provide world-class training, focused logistics support, and advanced targeting and navigation technologies to enable the right people with the right skills to be in the right place at the right time with the right information and the right munitions to accomplish their missions. The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests. SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Sr to serve as a Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing security duties for the F-22 Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations including but not limited to: executing DD Form 254 requirements; conducting indoctrination briefings and debriefings; developing and implementing standard operating procedures; manage physical security policy and procedures for SAPF accreditation and prepare Fixed Facility checklist IAW ICD 705; support contingency planning during emergencies; maintain facility records, access control and badge issue/accountability; works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations; perform and document alarm response/testing of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS); perform self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections; assist in security investigations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken; handling and storage of classified documents and electronic media; provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers; provide training as needed; and escort un-cleared personnel within classified areas. MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that will require special access.

Basic Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705)
  • Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs)
  • Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
