Summary

Job Responsibilities

Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.

Complete basic soil strength and index tests following detailed instructions.

Assist in determining the appropriateness of soil samples for testing.

Maintain knowledge and understanding of various ASTM testing procedures.

Maintain laboratory facilities and assist in the maintenance of test equipment.

Accurately summarize test results in report form for analysis by engineering staff.

Execute work duties in an organized and efficient manner, maintaining an organized and clean work area.

Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

Possess current driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Possess the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.

Possess a High school diploma or an Associate's degree is preferred.

Have 1 year or more of experience is preferred.

Have knowledge of soil classification techniques.

Be able to utilize testing equipment and perform laboratory equipment checks and calibrations per company procedures.
