Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of any required background or security processes.Job Summary Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Target Materials Analyst to support USCENTCOM and the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) in Tampa, FL. The Senior Analyst will conduct detailed targeting analysis, produce imagery/geospatial-based products, and support battle damage assessment, collateral damage estimation, and combat assessment efforts. This role directly contributes to mission success by ensuring targeting operations are accurate, timely, and aligned with DoD standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeting materials analysis operations.Produce imagery and geospatial-based targeting products that meet DoD/CJCS standards.Perform battle damage assessments (BDA) and assist with combat assessments.Support weaponeering solutions and conduct Collateral Damage Estimates (CDE) with required graphics.Submit and manage collection requests to meet targeting requirements.Conduct analysis of hard and deeply buried targets.Recommend updates to DoD/CJCS Manuals, policies, and targeting SOPs.Maintain strict adherence to security and information assurance protocols.Work EnvironmentOnsite role based in Tampa, Florida.Mission-critical, fast-paced, collaborative setting supporting defense operations.Travel less than 10% may be required.Minimum QualificationsClearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility.Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.Education & Experience:Master's degree with 5 years of experience, ORBachelor's degree with 7 years of experience.Recent experience (within last 2 years) required.Experience:Demonstrated expertise in targeting analysis, BDA, and CDE.Proficiency with imagery/geospatial systems and target material production.Required CertificationsNGA Target Mensuration certification required.Desirable QualificationsStrong ability to produce DNI/DIA tradecraft-standard reports.Prior Targeting Analysis intelligence experience.Familiarity with targeting policy development and refinement.
