Summary

Shift - 3pm-11pmPerforms core functions of the Client Security Operations Center (SOC); monitors and remediates intrusion alarms, dispatches law enforcement/first responders to security incidents, answers and prioritizes incoming emergency and routine security event calls, logs personnel into substations, and manages the status of site intrusion systems. Writes incident reports documenting security events, makes required notifications, and maintains shift activity logs. Identifies security system issues, creates service requests for repairs, and validates corrective maintenance.
