INTEGRATED MASTER SCHEDULER CPE Ground Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Program: CPE Ground - Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Customer: Department of War / Department of the Army Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (100% On-site) Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Security Clearance Contract Period of Performance: Good through January 2031 Salary: 135K-155K Annual; Commensurate with experience/education Job Description: * Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) * Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules * Performs program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances * Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources * Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances * Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances * Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling * Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software * Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance Position Overview: Serve as an Integrated Master Scheduler III in support of CPE Ground Headquarters Special Requirements: * Expert knowledge in use of MS Project * Security Clearance: Secret Experience and Education: * A minimum Bachelor's Degree and with >12 years experience JANUS strives to provide opportunities for career growth through training and development.
