Compensation and benefits include starting pay of $21.50 per hour, a competitive benefits package, ongoing training & development, career advancement opportunities, and diverse career paths across multiple client sites. Compensation may vary based on assignment, client requirements, and work location.
Qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years of qualifying experience in one of the following areas: certified law enforcement officer (active or retired), corrections officer with CJSTC, or current Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission. Required documentation includes state police academy certification, state corrections academy certification, and military DD Form 214.
Minimum requirements include being 21 years of age or older, a valid driver's license in the state of employment, ability to pass Allied Universal pre-employment screening, ability to pass client-specific background investigations, ability to meet motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements, and D and G security licenses preferred. Candidates who do not currently possess a D and/or G license may discuss available licensing options during the interview process.
As a custom protection officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more. Responsibilities include performing security patrols, watching for irregular or unusual conditions, sounding alarms or calling police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons, providing customer service, responding to incidents and critical situations, and conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
