About the Role

3 Tone Enterprise (dba Waterpallets) is seeking a Senior Dispatcher to support daily delivery coordination, driver scheduling, and route oversight. This role ensures deliveries are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining compliance with transportation standards and internal procedures. You will work directly under the Delivery Coordinator Manager and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to keep dispatch operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations: Monitor daily routes, launch drivers, and maintain delivery accuracy.
• Driver Coordination: Assign routes, manage check?ins, and support drivers throughout the day.
• Route Optimization: Use routing tools to improve efficiency and reduce delivery windows.
• Issue Resolution: Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, and customer escalations.
• Cross Department Coordination: Work with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Performance Tracking: Report delivery performance, route efficiency, and daily KPIs to the Delivery Coordinator Manager.
• Record Management: Maintain organized dispatch logs, driver updates, and delivery documentation.
• Compliance: Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company transportation policies.
• Process Support: Follow SOPs, support workflow improvements, and assist with operational updates.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, or transportation operations
• Ability to make fast decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with routing software, GPS systems, and communication tools
• Clear communication skills with drivers and internal teams
• Understanding of DOT and transportation compliance
• Reliable transportation for on?site work
• Ability to negotiate

Nice to Have:

• Experience in last?mile delivery or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with KPI dashboards or logistics reporting tools
• Bilingual communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Over 4 years of experience

Compensation and Culture

Location: Katy, TX

Schedule: On?site; MondayFriday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $25-$26/hr (Based on experience); bi?weekly pay periods, benefits, and company perks
