Job Title

What You Get To Do

Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests

Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees

Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide

Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones

Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support

Perform other duties as assigned

What It Takes To Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 18 years old

Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment

Valid state driver's license

Able to complete provided CPR training/certification

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment

Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift

Able to sit for long periods of time

Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours

1 year administrative or related experience preferred

Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred
