In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing delivery routes, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.What You'll DoCoordinate, schedule, and dispatch drivers based on customer orders, delivery schedules, and operational prioritiesEnsure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and within customer timeframesMonitor daily routes and proactively address scheduling conflicts or service issuesCommunicate effectively with drivers, customers, supervisors, and internal teamsHandle a high volume of phone calls and data entry activitiesIdentify priorities and utilize available resources to maximize operational efficiencyRespond to customer inquiries, service requests, and delivery concerns in a professional mannerMaintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentationKeep drivers and team members informed of schedule changes and daily operational updatesSupport additional dispatch and logistics projects as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExperience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related fieldBasic understanding of transportation operations; fuel transportation experience is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong data entry and computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProfessional demeanor and customer-focused mindsetStable employment historyAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as neededMust reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned locationPreferred QualificationsExperience in fuel transportation dispatchExperience with dispatch software, preferably SmartLogixSAP experienceKnowledge of transportation documentation, industry terminology, and DOT regulationsWhy RelaDyne?Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid time off and company holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a growing national organizationAt RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
