Summary
Sr. Financial Reporting & EMS Cost Systems Analyst
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and management reporting for domestic and international manufacturing operations in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS; support cost accounting functions including standard costing, BOM review, WIP, inventory reconciliation, PPV, margin analysis, and variance reporting; maintain ERP data integrity and coordinate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams across Oracle/SAP ERP, Portus, shop floor, and MRP systems; assist with consolidations of overseas subsidiaries, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls; identify business cost gaps, operational inefficiencies, and margin leakage, and demonstrate proven ability to support customer recovery initiatives through pricing, claims, or commercial reconciliations; perform ad hoc financial analysis and process improvement projects using Advanced Excel.
Must have Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration plus 5 year experience in manufacturing finance. Require skills and knowledge of cost accounting, Oracle/SAP ERP, BOM/WIP/inventory reconciliation, US GAAP/IFRS, Advanced Excel/Portus/shop floor, MRP systems, consolidation of overseas subsidiaries.
