NY2CA WEST is hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for an on-site assignment in Glendale, California.
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position: Temporary security assignment
Location: Glendale, California
Schedule: Varied shifts, including possible evenings and weekends
Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional presence to help deter security incidents
Monitor the premises and control access points
Conduct regular patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment
Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Observe, document, and report incidents or unusual activity
Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and safety concerns
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
Follow all post orders, security procedures, and company policies

Requirements

Active and current California BSIS Guard Card
Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional under pressure
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous security, military, or law-enforcement experience is a bonus but not required
