Beau Dietl & Associates is hiring a full-time, on-site Armed Security Guard in Miami, FL for a high-standard, client-facing environment. This role requires professionalism, presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate calmly and decisively.
Responsibilities include:

Maintain a visible, professional security presence and deter unauthorized activity
Conduct patrols and interior/exterior checks to ensure safety and security of the site
Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor/vendor entry
Monitor surveillance systems and proactively identify suspicious behavior or risks
Respond to incidents and emergencies quickly, appropriately, and in compliance with policy and law
Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
Maintain confidentiality and uphold client service standards at all times
Follow post orders, company protocols, and all applicable legal requirements
Qualifications

Required: Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or luxury/high-end armed security
Valid Florida Class "G" Armed Security License (and any required permits)
Strong situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and sound decision-making
Excellent communication and report writing (professional, clear, detailed)
Physically fit with the stamina to stand, patrol, and respond as needed
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (additional security training is a plus)
Compensation & Incentives

Pay: $28-$30 per hour (based on experience), plus incentives
Meals provided: Lunch and dinner provided on premises
Uniform provided: Three-piece suit provided and dry-cleaned on premises
