- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Available to respond throughout the shift for all GRC (independent living residents) needs/concerns and activated emergency alarm call system; assesses need for treatment (911).
- Makes rounds of the internal and external buildings and parking lots
- Responds to GRC/independent emergency situations to resolve any incident that could potentially harm personnel, residents, and visitors. Calls for outside assistance as needed.
- Responds to emergency call systems and fire alarms. Contains fire until fire department arrives and assists departments with moving residents and controlling crowds.
- Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards. Documents findings and notifies supervisor and safety committee.
