Join GDIT as a Network Support Technician - Intermediate with for a career where your growth is just as important as the mission you support.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Network Support Technician - Intermediate , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful supporting mission of US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).Manage / Support: Support datacenter and remote-site technical operations by enforcing security protocols, sustaining system availability, and providing guidance to technicians. Manage daily workflows, system escalations, and mission-critical support, ensuring dependable performance in both garrison and austere environments.Collaborate: Work with contractor support groups, internal technical teams, and end users to resolve issues, coordinate escalations, and maintain shared situational awareness. Engage across support channels to ensure seamless mission execution and timely problem resolution.Drive: Support operational reliability by proactively diagnosing issues, implementing system and network improvements, and maintaining consistent performance in demanding locations.
