POSITION SUMMARYThe Traffic Intern will support the logistical team in a variety of administrative and operational functions. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in key logistical areas while offering exposure to real-world logistics practices in a professional environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Utilize the different needed areas of SAP, Salesforce & Traffic Tool
- Process invoices in KPSC Classifier
- Process Goods received, Goods transferred, Goods issued
- Making of load diagrams (for certain loads)
- Making bills of lading
- Importing of signed bills of lading
- Updating of location codes
- Updating and keeping the Traffic Tool accurate
- Currently pursuing an certification or degree in the logistics field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP/SalesForce systems preferred, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail, performing work accurately and thoroughly
- Strong communication skills, in verbal and written form
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team player with ability to work independently.
