This is a great opportunity for an organized, dependable professional who is comfortable coordinating field technicians, communicating with customers, and keeping a busy service department running smoothly.Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily service calls for HVAC/R field techniciansDispatch technicians based on service needs, location, and availabilityCommunicate directly with customers regarding service calls, scheduling, and updatesEnter and update service information accurately within the companys service management systemMaintain accurate technician schedules and service recordsUpdate and review timesheets for weekly payrollCommunicate effectively with field service technicians, office staff, and managementAssist with changes to the daily schedule and help resolve scheduling conflictsMaintain organized and accurate recordsPerform additional administrative and dispatching duties as neededQualifications Previous service dispatching experience is requiredHVAC, refrigeration, mechanical service, or similar industry experience is strongly preferredStrong computer and data-entry skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and tactful when communicating with customers by phoneAbility to work effectively with field technicians and office personnelComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple prioritiesReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedCompensation $25.00 per hour, with consideration given to experience and skill level.
