Lead Installation Technician for Enterprise Security Systems

Job Description

Lead installation, integration, testing, programming, and commissioning of enterprise security systems. Install and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, cabling, controllers, card readers, IP cameras, and related equipment. Configure and validate security hardware, servers, workstations, and network-connected devices. Program system databases, access permissions, alarms, schedules, controllers, and device logic. Integrate access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and communication systems with customer IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, cabling, and device-level issues both remotely and onsite. Serve as the onsite Lead Technician for security implementation projects. Mentor, train, and supervise junior technicians and field personnel. Conduct system verification, testing, customer demonstrations, and project closeout activities.
