- Answer and prioritize emergency and service calls from clients and field teams
- Dispatch and coordinate security officers and mobile units to incidents
- Monitor alarms, CCTV, and communication channels for threats or incidents
- Maintain accurate, real-time incident logs and activity records
- Follow established emergency and security protocols and escalation procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and responding officers
- Use dispatch and incident management software and radio systems effectively
- Support 24/7 operations with shift, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Assist with status checks, welfare checks, and officer safety monitoring
- Contribute to continual improvement of dispatch and response procedures
