Locations 1955 W NORTH AVE, MELROSE PARK, IL, 60160, USBanner Jewel OscoUnion Status Non-UnionJob DescriptionPRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:Supervises and monitors access system, intrusion/fire alarms, emergency phones and CCTV systemManages all incoming telephone communications from complexResponsible for communicating emergency information to DC Security OperationsMaintains an activity log documenting all information relevant to tasks performedReviews all shift paperwork for completeness and accuracy, also responsible for the proper filing of all shift paperworkMaintains records, and creates access related to the complex card access systemConducts maintenance audits of security equipment i.e., CCTV, alarm systems etcAssist with Security Investigations and provide detailed information to DC Management regarding card access and CCTV video.Documents all Loss Prevention activities at the gates/lobbies as required by established Loss Prevention proceduresCompletes incident reports to document Security Loss Prevention related issues.
