We are dedicated to recruiting, developing and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce that is passionate about what they do, committed to our shared values and dedicated to our customers' mission.The Network Operations Center (NOC) Network Analyst provides support for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Network Operations in a 24x7x365 environment.Job Duties/Responsibilities:This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:Provide alarm monitoring/response, any needed escalation and resolution of incidents and mentoring of junior analysts through incident resolution process.Troubleshoot network systems when necessary and make improvements to the network.Take technical lead of critical network incidents and drive internal and external resources in troubleshooting effortsManage and administer Windows and Linus servers.Manage and administer a range of network operations tools applications to include Juniper firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco WLAN, Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme NAC.Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance.Experience with operating and maintaining a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture.Experience working with cloud-based networks.Support all operational security requirements for network devices and network operations tools applicationsSupport of the following NOC functional areas that include, but are not limited to:Wireless LANFirewall managementInternet Protocol (IP) address managementDomain Name Server (DNS) administration Understand dynamic multipoint VPNsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEstablish plans and goals for self that meet the customer's current or future project's needsPrepare or participate in preparing NOC performance reports as requiredMonitor, create, edit, and enforce all standard operating procedures, processes and timelinesRequired Clearance:Public Trust (#publictrust)Required Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification processBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience5 years of experience in IT support or related field, preferability in network engineering or operations2 years of experience providing network support in one or more of the following areas:Windows 2016, 2022 and/or Linux server management support and administration.Juniper SRX Firewalls configuration, troubleshooting, Policy configurationWireless Access Point (enterprise level) Management and AdministrationCisco ISE 3.0 (or later) configuration of access/authorization policiesCisco CCNA or Cisco CCNP certification, required within 60 days of start – non-waivableAt least one of the following networking certifications by day one of hire:Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions v2.0 (300-415)AWS Certified Solutions Architect – AssociateMicrosoft Azure Networking Solutions (AZ-700)CompTIA Cloud+Experience troubleshooting and fixing LAN/WAN network incidentsAvailability to work first, second, or third shift hours (generally 9PM to 7AM) and weekends to support mission requirementsDesired Qualifications:Experience using and managing SPLUNK search headsCisco CCNP certificationJuniper JNCIA-SEC certificationExtreme certifications covering switching or network access controlAbility to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance if requiredOur NOC Network Analyst's earn between $65,000 - $72,000.
