Summary
Position Overview The Estimator supports the preparation of cost estimates for commercial, federal, industrial, and healthcare construction projects. This role assists in analyzing drawings and specifications, quantifying materials and labor, and gathering pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in preconstruction with a strong, supportive team.Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.Support the evaluation of drawings and specifications to understand scope.Help collect and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.Participate in internal estimating meetings and bid reviews.Assist with organizing bid documents and maintaining estimate records.Communicate scope of work and pricing with internal teams and subcontractors.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
