You will achieve this by:Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.Identifying new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients.Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.Who are you?Skills & Experience We Look For IncludeExperience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous).Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success).Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability.Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems.A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
