Aaron Ford For Governor: Call Time Manager Location: Las Vegas, NVSalary: $4,500-$5,500 (Monthly)Primary Responsibilities:Preparing call lists for the General and senior staffManaging candidate call time, including in-person staffing, live note-taking, and tracking follow-upsManaging and staffing select fundraising events, as neededConducting donor research and prospecting with both in-state Nevada & National DonorsManaging data entry, organizing call lists, and setting up donor meetings for the candidateWorking within existing structure for note taking on donor interactions, and pledge follow-upOther projects as relevant and assignedQualifications:Previous experience staffing candidate call time strongly preferredExtreme attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets requiredMotivation to work independentlyComfort communicating on the telephone for staff call timeBe trustworthy and discreet with confidential informationHave a reliable vehicle and laptop/computer you are able to use on a regular basisPrior experience with Numero, ActBlue, or similar tools is a plus but not requiredThis is a full-time, paid position beginning January 2026 and running through the end of November 2026. Salary is $4,500-$5,500 a month commensurate with experience, plus a health insurance stipend.
