This is your opportunity to oversee high‑impact fire protection initiatives, support compliance with life safety codes, and help deliver reliable, innovative fire protection solutions for a wide range of facilities.What You'll DoOrganize, direct, and coordinate activities related to fire protection system projects—from initial assessment through planning and designCollaborate with Fire Protection team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goalsEffectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical fire protection initiativesEngage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phaseWhat You BringHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field preferredMinimum of 11 years of fire protection experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience requiredExpert knowledge of the fire protection industryProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Revit, etc.) requiredExpert knowledge of NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards requiredProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processesExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contractsExcellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyStrategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgencyAbility to demonstrate technical proficiency and manage relationships across the companyProficiency with Microsoft Office and other management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferredExpert knowledge of project engineering and/or general construction principles and construction scheduleConstruction industry experience highly preferredValid driver's license required with the ability to travel as neededNICET certification preferred; project management certification is a plusWhy You'll Love It HereLead fire protection projects that safeguard people, property, and operations across industrial, commercial, and institutional facilitiesMentor and inspire professionals dedicated to delivering high‑quality, code‑compliant fire safety solutionsCollaborate with specialized fire protection engineers, NICET‑certified technicians, and experts across disciplines in a flexible, supportive environmentCurious about the impactful work our Fire Protection Services team is doing?
