Project Delivery Senior ConsultantOur Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Senior Consultant on the project, you will:Provide expert policy analysis and client representation on highly visible regional security and arms transfer issues.Support client mission to advance U.S. foreign policy and national security interests through: Bilateral and multilateral political-military engagement, regional security relationship management, and the sale and transfer of U.S.-origin defense articles and services to foreign governments.Develop political-military policy recommendations and build intradepartmental and interagency consensus.Support active arms transfer matters and high-profile regional security issues.Communicate effectively-verbally and in writing-with senior leaders, including general officers and Senior Executive Service officials.The successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degreeActive Secret security clearance5+ years of experience in regional security and political-military policy analysis, arms transfers, interagency coordination, senior-level communication, and negotiationAbility to work onsite 5 days/week in Washington, D.C.Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
