Call Time Manager for (Mayoral) Susana for ChicagoSalary: $3500-$5000/month, dependent on availability and backgroundJob Type: Full time, August 2026 - February 2027Location: Chicago, IL preferred, remote option availableResponsibilitiesWork with leadership to execute a call time program.Prepare for daily call time with targeted, strategic lists including relevant donor research and giving history (local, state, and federal)Staff call time sessions either in person or virtually (dictating notes and necessary information)Keep the campaign's database & CT software up to date (Numero, Quo, ActBlue, Google Workspace)Maintain donor outreach in a timely mannerAssist with preparation for fundraising events (list building & outreach, potentially on site support)QualificationsCampaign experience in fundraising, call time, and candidate managementStrong organizational skills; attention to detail and database managementDetail-oriented and highly reliable with data tracking and follow-through.Go-getter: request necessary resources and tools to do the best job possibleWork independently when not on Call Time to ensure other fundraising functions are maintained (database management, donor outreach & research, list preparation(Candidate management & coaching; donor relations experience is a plus but not necessaryExperience with Numero, Quo (OpenPhone), Google Workspace, or other comparable database and call time softwaresExcitement about our candidate & campaign!#J-18808-Ljbffr
