Job Details Siegel Select Oklahoma City – Oklahoma City, OK 73107Role Summary The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for observing and reporting all incidents that occur on their assigned property or properties. CPO's are also responsible for enforcing all property rules and regulations, and for escalating concerns to either property management and/or law enforcement as necessary to ensure the safety and security of all residents and property.Responsibilities Observe and report property activity, utilizing incident reports to document use of force, law‑enforcement activity, guest injury, and property damageMaintain a daily activity report documenting patrol, guest communication, property violations, safety concerns, light surveys, vacancy inspections, and additional informationReceive calls from management related to changes in operations, service, or general communicationSweep, mop or vacuum floors on an ongoing basisRead and follow all security procedures and protocols at all timesAttend all required continued trainingPerform other duties as assignedQualifications Able to obtain a valid security license in applicable jurisdictionsAble to obtain a security belt, handcuffs, flashlight, and pepper sprayHigh school diploma or equivalentTwo years' experience in security strongly preferredLegally able to work within State and Federal guidelinesPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions Continuous standing and walking throughout each shiftBending, lifting, and carrying up to 40 poundsConstant face‑to‑face interactions with customersAbility to multi‑task and remain positive in busy working conditionsSchedule flexibility including nights and weekendsComply with the brand and company uniform and hygiene policiesFun, dynamic environmentSitting, standing, kneeling, walking#J-18808-Ljbffr
