Clean Harbors in West Sacramento CA is seeking a District Administrator - TS that oversees and coordinates administrative tasks between branches and the GCC, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of administrative functions. This role is responsible for addressing and resolving issues, escalating matters as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments
  • Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking
  • Provide support for unbilled voicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers
  • Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management
  • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned
