A court monitor maintains the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits. The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager of Altitude Trampoline Park. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRepresent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park's philosophyCommunicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophyCommunicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the leadership teamPerform patron surveillance with a whistler from the pre-set surveillance areaRemain alert and use all sensesRecord equipment inspectionsComplete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to manager on dutyMaintaining a clean work environmentSet up trampoline stations for various activities such as aerobics classes, dodgeball,Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your trainingAssist the Park Management Team in keeping the Community informed of party activitiesMaintain a safe and secure facility for all park guestsProvides or performs other services or duties as required by management QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMust be 16 years of age with working papersAbility to communicateProfessional, "Altitude" attitude and workExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
